Service Delivery Manager – (Mortgage Platform)

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end service delivery for the UFSS mortgage platform, ensuring uptime, performance, contract and SLA compliance; manage incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root-cause elimination; coordinate service delivery change work with clients; act as the primary interface for senior banking stakeholders with proactive communication and clear reporting within published timeframes; coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvement; ensure operations meet banking regulatory, audit, and security standards within contractual requirements. BA/BS degree and typically 6-8 years’ relevant experience (or equivalent) requested.
