Job Summary
Design and manage production for one team across multi-activity scopes and sites, ensuring achievement of financial objectives and client relationship optimization. Define resource needs, lead projects through contract lifecycles, and monitor margin levels while analyzing operational and financial statistics. Build and deploy action plans, develop continuous service improvement initiatives, and actively contribute to change management. Supervise employees to achieve objectives, leveraging strong remote and people management techniques. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in IT, 2+ years of experience, and French/English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field
- at least 2 years of experience in a confirmed position
- French & English
- Technical and organizational knowledge of production environments
- Project management and change management techniques
- Strong command of remote management and people management techniques
- Excellent written communication skills
