Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Lead and grow a high-volume portfolio of maintenance/project works, overseeing multiple concurrent projects from approximately $5,000 to $250,000. Manage a team of Project Managers, drive subcontractor capability, ensure delivery excellence, and align Projects with BAU operations. Responsibilities include mentoring a team, delivering on time/cost/quality, resolving escalations, developing procurement strategies, expanding subcontractor networks, building strong client relationships, pursuing revenue opportunities, supporting tendering and pricing strategies, aligning with Operations to a whole-of-business service model, monitoring financial performance, budgeting/forecasting, and ensuring WHS/regulatory/commercial compliance. Requires a strong leadership style, operational excellence, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in operational management within maintenance, construction, or facilities services
- Proven experience leading project teams and managing high-volume workflows
- Strong subcontractor procurement and management experience
- Demonstrated success in business development or growing service lines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
