Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager to lead one of the Service Delivery teams, ensuring strategy execution with a customer-centric approach and operational excellence. Responsibilities include people management, driving KPI adherence, budgeting, process improvement, collaboration across teams, crisis/crisis recovery planning where relevant, and ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery. Requires proven leadership, service-management experience, process development capabilities, strong IT literacy (MS Office, SAP/Salesforce preferred), and excellent English communication. Hybrid working arrangement in the UK (Keighley, West Yorkshire) with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable service for KONE's elevator and escalator operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership and managerial experience, including coaching, motivation, and team development
- Experienced Service Management professional
- Customer-focused, service-oriented mind-set
- Experience in process development and implementation of new practices
- Good technical experience IT literacy
- Fluent in MS Office, Excel, and Word skills
- SAP knowledge preferable
- Salesforce knowledge preferable
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
