Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Act as the primary IT partner for the local business, ensuring seamless service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence; lead IT compliance efforts (GDPR, MCF, IT Security), manage IT service delivery budget, coordinate transition of projects into BAU, and collaborate with regional/global teams to implement frameworks (e.g., NIST, ITGC). Role involves managing relationships with IT suppliers, ensuring SLAs/KPIs/ITSM processes, maintaining IT service documentation, business continuity planning, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Fluent in French, Dutch and English; 5–10 years IT service delivery/operations experience; hybrid work option (up to 2 days remote) in Belgium (Zaventem HQ).
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years experience in IT service delivery or operations
- Strong track record managing IT services and suppliers
- Experience with ERP systems and IT security/compliance (e.g. GDPR, MCF)
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
