Job Summary
Coordinate service changes within the Change Process and act as the central contact for all operational aspects of IT service delivery. Create service offerings for managed service clients and draft reports on Service Level Agreement compliance. Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders to ensure target SLAs are met and provide individualized operational documentation. Measure and report on internal KPIs and OLAs, while serving as the first escalation point in incident management for clients. Manage capacity for supported customer systems. Submit an online application with a motivation letter, including salary expectations, resume, and certificates by September 30, 2026. This role is based in Germany or Austria with full remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker, Wirtschaftsinformatiker oder eine kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse im Managed Services Umfeld
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten sowie Kundenorientierung
- Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und an technischen Fragestellungen
- Praxisorientierte Erfahrungen in operativen IT-Abläufen
