Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end service planning and advise Customers/Partners on maximizing value from the IFS Success Service. Identify process improvement opportunities, drive business adoption, and establish service governance in partnership with Success Managers and executive stakeholders. Read and execute customer contracts while collaborating with IFS Service Teams to deliver desired outcomes. Requires a university degree, five years of service delivery experience, and familiarity with enterprise software solutions. This role supports Team Purple's mission to help others make their moment through AI-driven solutions and global impact.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions
- The ability to read and understand customer contracts and deliver them in collaboration with IFS Service Teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- An understanding of IFS Applications and/or FSM/PSO APPs, as well as the delivery of the IFS Service Portfolio
- Extensive service experience in working directly with customers at all levels of the customer organization
- Strong leadership skills
- A service mindset with commercial thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities along with good situational handling skills
