Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager responsible for assessing service needs, optimizing service delivery workflows, and driving continuous improvement across market-specific and globally procured solutions. Lead a team of Service Delivery Specialists, develop objectives, and coordinate change management and stakeholder communications. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 2+ years ITSM experience, leadership experience, and advanced English. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, ITIL practices, procurement support, vendor coordination, contract management, and delivering high-quality support services in a retail/IT environment. Location: São Paulo, Brazil; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in ITSM
