Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing delivery operations for client accounts at DXC in Vietnam. Manage delivery teams, develop demand forecasts with account teams, plan projects and workloads, monitor account expenditures against policy, and drive service improvements to meet client expectations. Collaborate with management, lines of service, and clients to align delivery with business objectives; support hiring, performance evaluation, and development of team members; address performance issues and recommend personnel actions. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), at least 6 years in support/services with 2 years of leadership, experience in technology, and willingness to travel. Work environment emphasizes in-person collaboration with flexible arrangements. Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- At least 6 years of experience in support services, project, or program roles
- Experience in the technology industry
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
- Good project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel when required
- Worked in the US and returned to Vietnam (basic qualification)
