Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager leading CX professional services engagements for a Cisco SP account in Australia. Acts as the central point of contact for service delivery across assigned accounts, engaging with customers, Sales, and CX Managers to develop and execute delivery plans that ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality service delivery and strong customer satisfaction. Oversees financial health including margin, revenue and effort, leads pricing and scope negotiations, and assigns resources while managing capacity. Commands a virtual, matrixed delivery team and governs delivery outcomes, with accountability for scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder alignment. Sydney-based with on-site presence at the customer campus and a hybrid working arrangement as required by the account, operating within carrier-grade and regulatory obligations (SOC I/II, TSSR). Typical responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing escalations, and translating technical status into business impact. Required experience includes 8+ years in networking/telecom or IT, budget/risk/contract management, and strong leadership of large programs; formal PM credentials (PMP/PRINCE2) are desirable. Minimum qualifications specify a Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience; Australian working rights are required and security clearance may be needed.
