Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager responsible for coordinating and organizing service delivery, planning and following up on operational activities at clients; ensuring smooth, efficient, and quality service; managing client relationships; finalizing service reports prepared by IT consultants; periodic alignment with clients on service quality; proactively signaling issues and collaborating with clients on solutions; providing IT advice on on-premise, datacenter, cloud and hybrid solutions; reporting and monitoring KPIs; analyzing trends and root causes for continuous service improvement; reporting on quality, performance, and costs of managed service contracts; collaborating with IT consultants delivering operational execution; optimizing processes; ensuring knowledge base and documentation are up-to-date; offer includes an impactful role with growth opportunities and hybrid work between office, client locations and home working.
