Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager (Contract Lifecycle Management) to oversee end-to-end IT outsourcing contract portfolios for a major global account. Responsibilities include maintaining intercompany agreements and data protection documents, managing third-party contracts for software/hardware/services, updating policies to reflect contract changes, ensuring accurate invoicing and tax handling, forecasting cash flow, tracking renewals, obtaining vendor quotes and negotiating costs, coordinating Work Orders, producing monthly P&L analyses, and presenting updates at governance meetings. Requires 10+ years of contract management experience, strong commercial sense, experience with licensing and IT outsourcing terms, proficiency with MS Office/SharePoint/Ariba, and ability to collaborate across functions and levels of management. English fluent; remote work available for Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and managing IT outsourcing contracts (Managed Services, ITO, SaaS, software licensing)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience with P&L, revenue forecasting, and basic accounting concepts
- Understanding of software licensing, maintenance contracts, and IT outsourcing terms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic Ariba functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and communicate with all levels of management
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset
