Job Summary
Service Delivery Manager responsible for being the primary post-sales interface and trusted advocate for ALLSPACE customers, leading onboarding, on-time delivery, in-life support, and revenue recognition. Owns end-to-end post-sales activities from order fulfillment to invoicing, coordinates service trials, training, field support, and CSAT reviews, chairs governance meetings, drives continual service improvements, and ensures adherence to schedules and budgets. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/STEM or equivalent experience, 8 years of DoD program support experience (preferably in satellite/communications), PMP certification, and ability to obtain DoD security clearance. Travel is enabled to meet customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Eng/STEM degree or equivalent industry or military experience
- PMP or equivalent program management certification
- 8 years of DoD program support ideally within satellite or communications systems
- Demonstrated experience of working in a fast paced and green field environment where decisions need to be made in a timely manner
- Experience leading cross functional teams to delivery customer outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer facing initiatives across multiple geographies
- Active or ability to obtain DoW security clearance
- Flexibility to travel and support customer requirements
Desired Qualifications
