Job Summary
As Service Delivery Manager, ensure reliable IT service delivery in line with agreed service levels and business requirements. Serve as the key point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT and support teams, and external service providers. Manage external providers, oversee contractual commitments and performance, conduct regular vendor reviews, and drive initiatives to improve service quality, operational performance, and business satisfaction. Own and govern internal IT environments across their lifecycle, ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, and oversee ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Support evolution of ITSM tools and act as SME for related applications. Fluent German and English; Vienna-based full-time role with benefits including Homeoffice options.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven experience in IT service delivery or service management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL or comparable frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing providers and complex IT environments
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on optimization and efficiency
