Job Summary
Technical Accounting Service Delivery Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery across Banking, Consolidation & Reporting, Fixed Assets, IDSW, Lease Accounting and Intercompany towers; leads governance, close execution, and control environments to ensure audit-ready financial reporting; partners with Corporate Accounting and policy teams on new standards; oversees a global organization of 100+ finance professionals; drives automation, AI-enabled transformation, and standardization across technical accounting towers; requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and hands-on experience with SAP, OneStream, Nakisa, ServiceNow, Coupa TM5, Power BI, and finance automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- 15–20 years of experience in RTR, Technical Accounting, Controllership, or Financial Reporting, including leadership of large global teams.
