Job Summary
The Technical Accounting Service Delivery Lead (SDL) owns end-to-end operational delivery, governance, and performance across Banking, Consolidation & Reporting, Fixed Assets, IDSW, Lease Accounting and Intercompany towers, ensuring close governance, audit readiness and compliance with SOX/ICFR. Leads a global organization of 100+ finance professionals, partnering with Corporate Accounting and Policy teams to implement new accounting standards, drive transformation, and manage risk while delivering high-quality, audit-ready financial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- strong technical accounting expertise across Consolidation, Banking, Fixed Assets, IDSW, Lease Accounting and Intercompany towers
- lead large-scale global finance operations
- leadership of Directors, Associate Directors and Senior Managers
- close governance, technical accounting compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
- execution of new accounting standards and policy changes in partnership with Corporate Accounting and Accounting Policy teams
- management of enterprise risk, issue management and remediation of audit findings
- ability to drive automation, standardization and transformation initiatives in finance
- ability to lead executive governance forums and stakeholder management across Global Finance Operations and Corporate Controllership
- experience with SOX/ICFR controls and audit readiness
- proven ability to deliver under a global organization with multi-layer management
