Service Delivery Lead (SDL) – Our Future Health - Oxford

Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists, ensuring day-to-day delivery of excellent quality care while meeting all clinical governance and compliance targets. Oversee staff attendance and scheduling, support breaks, and act as the first point of escalation for operational queries to keep services safe and seamless. Spend four days at other operating sites to observe site processes, participant flow, and build confidence in delivery, mitigating risks associated with new leadership. Work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:15am and 4:45pm, with rates ranging from £29.14 to £37.50 hourly.
