Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants/Phlebotomists, ensure quality care, clinical governance and compliance targets are met, manage staff attendance and scheduling, and serve as first point of escalation for operational queries. Observes and learns site processes, supports breaks, and maintains consistent patient experience and culture across the contract. Shifts are flexible with 1-2 shifts per week up to full time; includes Monday–Friday and weekend hours. Must hold a Phlebotomy Certificate and have at least one year of blood-drawing experience. Immediate Right to Work in the UK; prior Service Delivery Lead experience desirable.
