Job Summary
Senior Service Delivery Lead responsible for clinical leadership of Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists, ensuring quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met. Role includes staff attendance and scheduling, acting as first point of escalation for operational queries, and observing/learning across sites to standardize patient experience and delivery. Requires Phlebotomy certification and at least one year of blood-drawing experience; immediate eligibility to work in the UK. Flexible shifts with potential full-time or part-time hours; Travel to operate sites for orientation as part of onboarding.

- Minimum of one year’s active experience drawing blood.
