Service Delivery Lead – Our Future Health - Luton

Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists, ensuring day-to-day delivery of excellent quality care while meeting all clinical governance and compliance targets. Oversee staff attendance and scheduling, support breaks, and act as the first point of escalation for operational queries to keep services safe and seamless. Spend four days at other operating sites to observe site processes, participant flow, and mitigate risks associated with new leadership deploying new processes. This role supports Our Future Health, the UK's largest ever health research programme, helping people live healthier lives for longer through physical measurements and lifestyle data collection.
