Job Summary
Service Delivery Lead overseeing day-to-day clinical and non-clinical operations across NDIS SIL and community supports, providing clinical leadership, governance, staff coaching, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, participant-centred care aligned with NDIS plans; responsibilities include rostering, QoS monitoring, incident management, compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, WHS, and ENDS policies, and fostering a values-driven, high-performing team culture; requires current AHPRA RN registration, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and relevant leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
- Experience in a clinical and/or operational leadership role
- Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL service delivery
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Ability to provide professional references
- Leadership or management qualifications
- Experience leading teams within disability, community or healthcare services
- Experience using systems such as ShiftCare, QUASR, Employment Hero and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of NDIS compliance, quality assurance and risk management
