Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L3)

Job Summary
Provide third-line remote and onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients for the Cross Technology Service Delivery role, ensuring incidents are identified, diagnosed, and resolved, with zero missed SLA conditions. Responsibilities include configuring and validating client infrastructure and software, logging and escalating incidents, coordinating with client IT environments and vendors, investigating root causes, responding to alerts, updating progress and resolution details, creating knowledge articles and work instructions, and delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field
- Professional level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5; CCNP; JNCIS; ACMP; Cisco Dev Net; CCNP Collaboration; Microsoft Voice certification; Webex Calling & Webex Contact Centre certification
