Job Summary
The Networking Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1) is focused on providing first-line onsite technical support, managing incidents, and ensuring SLAs are met. This role involves configuring and testing infrastructure at client sites, diagnosing and logging technical issues, and providing remote and onsite support. Key responsibilities include managing low complexity incidents, conducting troubleshooting, liaising with stakeholders, and implementing fixes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields and demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a pressurized environment.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
- Entry level experience in technical support to clients.
- Entry level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Entry level experience providing remote support in Networking technologies.
- Entry level experience in relevant technology.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate level certification in Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA
