Job Summary
Coordinate and manage deskside IT support for an Australian government account, ensuring seamless IT service delivery. Act as the primary liaison for client escalations, oversee the deskside support team, oversee issue resolution, and ensure SLAs are met. Monitor and report on service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance service quality. Requires strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with clients and internal teams, with mandatory or preferred NV1/NV2 security clearance. Required Qualifications
- A relevant degree in IT or a related field
- industry certifications are highly regarded
- Extensive IT Support Experience in a deskside environment
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Client-Focused Approach
- ITIL, CompTIA A+ or similar certifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain NV1 or NV2 security clearance for working with government clients
