Service Delivery Coordinator

Service Delivery Coordinator responsible for acting as the main liaison between customers and contractors for fiber-related service needs. Tasks include scheduling and coordinating fiber installations, maintenance, and burials; proactively monitoring service delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction; addressing and resolving service-related issues; maintaining detailed records of service activities and customer interactions; collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience; and reporting daily to headquarters. Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer-first capabilities, with a background in service coordination, dispatching, or project coordination preferred. Familiarity with scheduling platforms, ERP systems, or ticketing software is advantageous.
