Job Summary
Service Delivery Administrator (Security) based in Newmarket, Queensland, Australia. Key responsibilities include building and updating rosters in Employment Hero, processing shift changes and leave, creating and distributing job sheets and work orders using TrackTik and simPRO, maintaining site configurations and incident categories, managing employee records and onboarding, ensuring data accuracy across platforms, compiling client KPI reports, maintaining SOPs and operational documentation, and ensuring compliance with WHS and QA standards. The role requires hands-on experience in security, facilities management, or field services, proficiency with TrackTik, simPRO, Employment Hero, and Microsoft 365, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in an administration or operational coordination role
- Experience with simPRO or a comparable job and work order management system
- Experience with TrackTik and Employment Hero, or comparable platforms
- Background in security, facilities management, or a field services environment is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team with a solutions-focused mindset
- Understanding of WHS and safe work practices
