Job Summary
Teach and provide efficient service to shoppers while supervising and training Service Deli associates to maximize sales and profitability. Manage labor, input performance reviews, and maintain proper pricing, inventory, and planograms for all merchandise. Enforce safety policies, health regulations, and HAACP programs while ensuring product quality and freshness. Maintain departmental cleanliness, rotate products, and report equipment issues promptly. Train helpers on recipes and slicers, and adhere to all local, state, and federal weights and measures standards. Submit accurate paperwork including invoicing and production sheets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
