Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate customer experiences for XPEL products and services: gain product knowledge, assist customers with product questions, and develop training materials such as “How To” documents. Manage installer scheduling and customer install timelines, track order progress, and communicate updates to customers. Check-in vehicles and inspect for pre-existing damages, create estimates, invoicing and billing, and process RA’s and payment credits. Collect resale tax documents for all locations; train other Service Coordinators on Accounts Receivable; maintain supply and inventory; oversee orders for all locations; create and review job lists for locations. Support the Market Manager with administrative tasks and occasionally shuttle vehicles between locations. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years in a similar role, plus a valid driver’s license and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential; English language proficiency is required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ year(s) in a similar role
- Current and valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
