Job Summary
Service Coordinator responsible for ensuring a pleasant, informed experience for customers regarding XPEL products and services. Duties include gaining product knowledge, answering customer questions, training and developing other Service Coordinators, creating/updating “How to” documents, creating and maintaining installer schedules, tracking order progress, communicating with customers, checking-in vehicles and inspecting for pre-existing damages, generating estimates and handling invoicing/billing, processing returns/credits, collecting resale tax documents, AR training for coordinators, inventory and supply maintenance, overseeing orders for multiple locations, creating/reviewing job lists for all locations, and occasionally shuttling vehicles between locations (valid driver license required).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18+ years old with 2 years driving experience
- current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
- 3+ years in a similar role
- knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
- ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- ability to speak, read and write in English
