Job Summary
Service Coordinator in the Service Department coordinates workflow and supports customers and technicians. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, opening/tracking/processing service work orders, entering and reviewing technician time entries, approving timecards, assisting with warranty claims and documentation, maintaining organized records, and supporting PO and invoice processes. Requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, multitasking, and comfort with data entry and basic computer tasks; prior experience in a service or mechanical environment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or office experience (service or mechanical environment preferred)
