Job Summary
Coordinate Field Service activities for Wärtsilä's marine and energy projects, ensuring work is executed within quotations and time-sensitive deadlines. Manage multiple service projects, review service reports, develop accurate quotations and invoicing, provide technical support to on-site engineers, liaise with stakeholders, and travel nationally and internationally. Promote close collaboration with Project Services, Technical Service & Sales Support to deliver high-quality service, identify cost-efficient improvements, and attend customer site visits to communicate with on-site teams.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised Engineering qualification, or equivalent experience
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally
- Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems with a team
- Structured, detail-oriented
- Excellent customer understanding
- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
