Job Summary
Manage delivery of services to regional center clients, including those with intensive physical or emotional needs, ensuring Individual Program Plans and objectives are pursued. Monitor vendor services to verify adherence to purchase authorizations, evaluate plan effectiveness, and conduct annual developmental reassessments with the interdisciplinary team. Perform occasional client assessments while utilizing person-centered planning to assist clients in using public and private resources before regional center funds. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, or Nursing, with three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred. Candidates must live within commute distance to the office and assigned clients, as face-to-face interactions are required. Salary ranges from $62,244 to $68,652 with annual increase opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities (i.e. Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, and/or Nursing)
- 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disability
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- Bilingual language ability (Spanish to English) is preferred
- Note: Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred
