Job Summary
Plan and coordinate field service activities by scheduling maintenance, repair, and reactive visits for the Evolt Charging team. Allocate work orders to engineers and manage parts, equipment, and resources to meet operational requirements and contractual SLAs. Act as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates on service progress and sharing completed reports while maintaining accurate records across management systems. Raise, close, and track service tasks including preventative maintenance and fault tickets, while following up on outstanding actions with third-party suppliers. Ensure all service delivery aligns with annual schedules and efficient geographical routing.

- Competent user of multiple IT systems and service management platforms

- Good geographical knowledge to support efficient scheduling of field engineers
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Must have the right to work in the UK by the start of their employment
- Must be able to commit to a long-term permanent role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a service coordination, scheduling, or customer support environment
- Experience supporting field-based engineering teams
- Knowledge of EV charging, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or technical service environments
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or field service management systems
