Service Coordinator

Coordinate and ensure the timely dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenance and rental equipment to customers. Direct parts supply to shop mechanics and branches while managing Parts Department operations to maintain inventory and minimize costs. Prepare work schedules, handle service calls, order parts, and work with vendors to learn maintenance requirements for new equipment. Address customer complaints regarding equipment condition or operation and perform other duties assigned by the manager. This role supports Sunbelt Rentals' mission to be the customer's first choice in the equipment rental industry across North America.
