Job Summary
Coordinate service delivery for lakefront construction projects by scheduling, dispatching, and delivering customer service. Utilize NetSuite for data entry, project tracking, and reporting; collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery; identify opportunities for process improvements and generate NetSuite reports. Provide case management support for complex service issues and ensure timely customer follow-up. Must effectively schedule resources, coordinate with project managers, and adapt to changing project demands while maintaining accurate records and delivering quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate’s degree in business, skilled trade, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or coordinator role, ideally within manufacturing and construction
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to adapt to fast-changing project demands
