Service Coordinator - Signage

Job Summary
Coordinate sign repair and maintenance across the United States using internal and external resources. Dispatch via purchase orders or internal work orders daily, within customer-required time frames and with all client deliverables. Qualify, select, negotiate and manage vendor partnerships nationwide. Maintain geographic vendor lists and track vendor performance. Track all active calls from creation to billing with required paperwork and follow up. Enter and review work orders or purchase orders to automate scheduling; manage service orders to ensure on-time completion per requirements. Generate quotes when a Not-to-Exceed price won’t cover repair costs and track profitability for each service call. Ensure accurate customer invoicing information and timely reporting to customers. Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings with internal teams and customers. Verify vendors hold current insurance certificates and W-9s on file. Assist the internal project management team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of service coordinator experience is a plus
- customer service orientation
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- good vendor management skills
- proficient in Word and Excel
- knowledge of M1 and Smartsheet is a plus
