Job Summary
Create and manage schedules to dispatch work crews, vehicles, and equipment to locations based on client requests or immediate needs. Receive emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritize them by urgency, and relay information between clients, supervisors, and field units. Communicate proactively with clients regarding project status, issue resolution, and service requests. Input relevant data into job management software and monitor routes to optimize scheduling. Review and approve timecards for all technicians daily. Monitor a dynamic schedule and provide updates to co-workers and customers via phone and texting software to maintain communication. Work part of a team on water, fire, and mold remediation projects in a fast-paced environment. This role supports First Atlantic Restoration's mission to help people recover from disaster with urgency and care.
