Job Summary

Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day service activities for a fast-paced dock and door operations team. Responsibilities include coordinating and dispatching service calls, preventive maintenance visits, emergency repairs, and warranty work; serving as primary point of contact for customers and maintaining open, professional communication; creating and maintaining service work orders, technician notes, equipment records, and customer files for invoicing and reporting; supporting field technicians with parts availability, site access information, and scheduling adjustments; monitoring open service calls, identifying scheduling efficiencies, and helping ensure work is completed, billed, and closed promptly. Required skills include strong organizational ability, exceptional verbal and written communication, professional phone etiquette and customer service experience, proficiency with customer portals and service-management systems, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
