Job Summary
Service Coordinator to work with the Senior Service Coordinator in tracking service contracts, dispatching technicians, and handling billing and parts repair tracking. Responsible for logging all service call details into Security 101 software for invoicing, maintaining the customer service contracts database, coordinating with the Service Dispatcher on material orders and maintenance scheduling, assigning maintenance calls to technicians, keeping all service department files up to date, supporting the Operations-to-Service turnover process, maintaining warranty information, and assisting on special projects and other duties as assigned. Requires experience in dispatching service personnel, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professional interaction with customers and technicians.
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior experience in dispatching service personnel and the ability to effectively communicate to customers and technicians’ requirements for scheduling service-related issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
