Job Summary
Coordinate service technician scheduling and administration, raising non-conformance reports and communicating with Quality and Engineering for warranty-related issues; manage shipping/receiving duties and generate/maintain/close service tickets. Requires an engineering degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years in a service or practical engineering environment, strong customer-service orientation, and proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and basic electrical schematics. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in service/practical engineering environment
- Proven management skills, including project management and team leadership
- Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Fluent English
- Experience in using ERP Systems
