Job Summary
Coordinate service technician scheduling and administration while raising non-conformance reports and communicating with quality and engineering departments for warranty issues. Generate, maintain, and close service tickets, manage shipping and receiving duties, and ensure all service administration remains accurate. Apply strong organizational and communication skills to execute tasks in a customer-focused environment, utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Report to the National Service Manager with a focus on maintaining high data input accuracy and managing priorities effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- knowledge of valves, actuators and digital control systems
- Minimum 5 years' experience in service/practical engineering environment
- Proven management skills, including project management and team leadership
- Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in MTMS
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
