Service Coordinator

Coordinate dispatch of field and shop technicians, reconcile time between Kronos and DBS, and review work in process regularly. Expedite work orders, communicate status with Customer Service, and respond promptly to customer requests while supporting NPS performance. Order Caterpillar parts, provide time and material estimates, and authorize technician purchases. Maintain accurate work orders, complete invoicing to meet benchmarks, and manage collection issues to prevent write-offs. Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional work outside standard hours. Support service needs across all branches when required.
