Job Summary

Oversee delivery of active treatment services in ICF group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Lead development, coordination, and monitoring of individualized program plans to ensure services promote independence, skill development, and quality of life. Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed program recommendations while supporting individuals with dignity and person-centered care. Requires Bachelor's degree in human services, one year of direct experience with developmental disabilities, valid driver's license, and proficiency in Therap. Starting pay is $55,000. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services related fields such as psychology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, sociology, or a related discipline
  • At least 1-year direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities including experience supporting or implementing individualized programs
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed program recommendations
  • Demonstrated commitment to support individuals with dignity, respect and person-centered care with empathy, enthusiasm and passion
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Must have satisfactory background checks
