Job Summary
Oversee delivery of active treatment services in ICF group homes for adults with developmental disabilities by leading development, coordination, and monitoring of individualized program plans. Ensure services promote independence, skill development, and quality of life while analyzing data to identify trends and make informed program recommendations. Support individuals with dignity, respect, and person-centered care, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage daily operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, one year of direct experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services related fields such as psychology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, sociology, or a related discipline
- At least 1-year direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities including experience supporting or implementing individualized programs
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed program recommendations
- Demonstrated commitment to support individuals with dignity, respect and person-centered care with empathy, enthusiasm and passion
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Must have satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
