Job Summary
Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of technicians for service, maintenance, or emergency repairs from the Itasca, IL facility; act as liaison between customers and the company to ensure customer needs are met; manage work orders, track orders, relay information between customers and technicians, prepare daily schedules, handle billing-related steps, monitor technician locations/utilization, and assist with training dispatchers. Emphasizes customer-to-client communication, problem resolution, and coordination of tools/inventory for service orders while operating in a combined office/field environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and 3-5 years of dispatching experience required.
