Job Summary
Service Coordinator to support Oakville office: handle internal/external customer inquiries by phone and email, dispatch field technicians, maintain work schedules, monitor tickets/work progress, coordinate after-hours work, provide administrative support (accessing work orders, document processing), and assist with MS Office tasks; degree preferred; competitive salary $50,000–$65,000 CAD-equivalent; benefits including RRSP matching and profit sharing; accessible accommodations available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma preferred
- Previous work experience answering phones in a busy office environment is an asset
- Strong preference given to candidates with experience dispatching technicians in the skilled trades (plumbing, electrical, hvac)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional phone manner
- Proficiency with MS office specifically, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computers
- Willingness to take on other duties as needed
