Job Summary
Coordinate service requests with a nationwide network of service contractors and troubleshoot water filtration equipment over the phone with technicians and customers. Schedule and dispatch service calls while monitoring open work orders to ensure timely completion. Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates, documenting all activities accurately within company systems. Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve issues, prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction as one of the first points of contact for clients. This role supports FreshPure Waters' expansion in the water vending industry, serving major grocery retailers across the United States and Canada.
Required Qualifications
