Job Summary
Service Coordinator for the National Cervical Screening Programme, based in Wellington CBD with a full-time schedule and training. Responsibilities include solving challenges and ensuring administrative excellence by entering accurate participant information into the NCSP Register, providing outstanding customer service to Screening Providers, Laboratories, Colposcopy service providers, Regional Register teams, and Programme Participants, and collaborating with health professionals to maintain data integrity across the screening pathway. The role supports under-screened populations, particularly Māori and Pacific communities, and contributes to a seamless experience within the programme while working with multiple health partners. Emphasis on teamwork, continuous learning, cultural awareness of Te Ao Māori and Pasifika customs, and a commitment to equitable access to health services. He pūkoro ako (training provided) with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible arrangements after full training.
