Job Summary

Customer Service Coordinator role focused on coordinating service activities for calibration and metrology offerings. Responsibilities include providing status updates to customers, processing purchase orders and work orders, quoting and scheduling on-site calibration jobs, coordinating field service standards, maintaining standards cage, invoicing work orders, and ordering new and replacement standards. Requires strong communication, organizational, and data-entry abilities, proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, and physical ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent certification
  • 2-4 years scheduling/coordinating experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and data entry
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work through interruptions
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for 8-10 hours a day
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Bending, kneeling, standing, grasping objects required
