Job Summary
The Service Coordinator leads and supports front-end operations to ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience, coordinating checkout flow, maintaining front-end cleanliness and standards, and assigning tasks to cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members. Responsibilities include coaching and training team members, monitoring shrink and financial outcomes, escalating concerns to leadership, participating in community programs, and serving as a subject matter expert for market programs, pilots, and development initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership, training, accountability for front-end performance, and delivering strong customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (includes curriculums for Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team)
- Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment
- Good communication skills, friendly, customer oriented, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency
- Has organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- This position may require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, stooping, kneeling and/or climbing
